Our Anniversary Dinner with Mitchy!

We took Mitchy out to dinner for our 3 year anniversary! We had a great dinner and he was a perfect little baby. We kept him in his car seat at the table and he was happy for awhile. Then, he started to get fussy and with a few sucks from the paci, he was out! Tongue out, of course..... He woke up, took a dump in the diapers and it was off back to the house for us. He really enjoyed the outing. A great anniversary, but a bit different from 3 years ago in Vegas and Hawaii!

My Little Chair

Mitch can hold his head up pretty good by himself now, but still needs a little help. This little chair is for small babies and has lots of fun toys. He's not quite sure what to do with those toys yet, but he's getting there!

I'm Rolling To My Side.....Almost There!

Mitch prefers to be on his back vs. his tummy. He has now started rolling over to his side and hanging out there, too. With a swing of those thunder thighs, one can really get a lot of momentum going.....

First Weekend Away!

Clint, Jen, Mark and I went to Lake Havasu for the weekend and the Grandparents had a full weekend with both boys! We had a great time and met up with B and his family from high school. It was a fun weekend, but we missed the boys! Thanks Mi'Ma and Poppy!

New Tongue Game

We probably shouldn't be teaching Mitchell this game, but it's just too hilarious! We stick out our tongue and he thinks it's soooo funny and smiles! Then, he copies us and sticks his tongue out too. It is the cutest thing in the world.... take a look!

Loving Walks Outside

Summer babies don't get out of the house much in Arizona! Now that it is cooling off a tad in the evenings and early morning, Mitchell gets to go on walks now! He went on his first walk last weekend and several times this week. He absolutely loves it, smiles and enjoys every minute. So many new sights and smells...... Domino is so happy to get out of the house and backyard, too!

Mitchell Slept the Night!!

Well, we have finally arrived! Mitchell has slept through the night a full 8 hours. We found the magic combination - adding 2 Tbsp. of Rice Cereal to his night bottle of 7oz. He loves it and it keeps him nice and comfy during the night. He is so cute because he will wake up and entertain himself with his Ocean Aquarium Fish Mobile in his crib until we come get him in the morning. We think he could go longer, too. He is such a perfect baby!!

I Want My Thumb SOOO Bad!

Mitch has been trying so hard to get his thumb in his mouth.... he works and works and works! He has been successfull a few times, but doesn't quite have it yet. He still has his fist clenched with that thumb hidden. He'll keep at it.....
