18 Week Ultrasound

This was the day we have been waiting for - confirming the sex! Mark, Mom and Dad attended this appointment and it turns out the original guess was correct. We are definitely having a BABY BOY!!! The technician and doctor spent 45 minutes measuring every nook and cranny of the baby and inspecting the blood flow through the heart. Baby Montgomery looks very normal and healthy (see pictures)! We immediately called Grandma and Grandpa in Michigan to inform them of the exciting news, as well!

12 Week Ultrasound

We had a very exciting day today with our 2nd ultrasound. Mark, Mom and I were able to see the baby swimming around and you could really make out the body and head. The baby really came to life in the 3/4D images, which were amazing (photos included). The heart was beating fast at 150 bpm. This test reassured us that the baby is extremely healthy and doing great!! Although too early to confirm, the technician said the baby looked "boyish."

7 Week Ultrasound

We had an early ultrasound done today to make sure things are going smoothly with the baby. We were able to detect a heart rate and see a little blob on the monitor! Everything is going great so far!

We are PREGNANT!!

Mark and Kim are expecting a baby bundle of joy due July 2nd!

We are creating this blog to capture all the special moments our new addition to the family will bring to our lives. We plan on using this blog to keep our family and friends up to date with pictures, events and funny stories. This blog will also be useful in creating a blog photo book every year for our family!
