Mitch's cousin and BFF was born today! Happy Birthday Cameron and congrats to Clint and Jen.... he weighed 7Lbs, 3 Oz and was 19.6 in length. He has full, red lips and is an absolutely beautiful baby. Here are a few pictures from the hospital!

Mitch Smiled at Me!!

Mitchell is 6 weeks old now and we are really seeing some changes. He is holding his head up much more and making more adorable coo coo sounds. Up until now, Mitch has just smiled in his sleep randomly. Uncle Jeff and Jen said Mitch smiled and laughed at them yesterday, but I still had not seen it myself. Well, today while changing Mitch's diaper, he made solid eye contact and smiled at me twice! It was so precious..... Here's a picture of a half smile - still waiting for a full smile picture!

Montgomery Cooking

I am really hoping that Mitch will grow up with a love for diverse food and cooking as the Montgomery men have. With the Food Network Channel always on in the background, the Montgomery men seem to always be in the kitchen or outside grilling something fabulous. It is very impressive and here's hoping that Mitchell carries on that tradition!

The Montgomery's Visit Mitch!

Mitch got to see his Michigan Grandparents again and meet his Uncles Jeff and Craig, Aunts Jen and Rose. We had a great visit that included home cooking, swimming in our bath-water pool and playing with little Mitchy! Since he is taking bottles now, Grandma and Jen got to feed him several times, too. Mitch even went out to dinner for the first time at Kona Grill and was a perfect baby. He slept the whole time and probably didn't even know he had left the comforts of his own home. Everyone had a wonderful visit and we'll look forward to doing it again at X-mas. Until then, we will have to keep in contact via webcam as the little man grows.
